~my sensitive issue~

What?masalah berat
Why?berat berlebihan
How?Makan ikut sedap tekak, minum nak manis2
When?pagi mkn, tgh hari mkn, mlm mkn, supper mkn..
result?Baju start tak muat..(>.<')hihi
Solution?hari2 minum air masak, nasi hanya setengah senduk, kalau lapar makan epal, jalan laju, naik tangga berlari~~(^_^')

Thanks to kakak2 opis sbb bw mkn kat sebelah kedai pharmacy~salahnya pas mkn baru check kesihatan~~haha~at least my gula bwh limit lg n berat berkurang! yes!~~~~~

ye minum air masak byk2 bg buang semua lemak dan toksin dlm badan..
try minum green tea every meal..;)
